Upgrade to use latest mustache.js. Compile templates once rather than every time they're requested.

If you're interested, this request takes mustache.js up to 0.7.2 and uses Mustache.compile() to speed up repeated applications of the template function. I added indentation to the base ICanHaz.js output...
