Add East Timor as a country

East Timor is currently not on the map and shown as part of Indonesia. They became independent from Indonesia in the 1990s.

Thanks for finding. The current SVG map (which I haven't created) doesn't separate between the two so that needs to be adjusted first. I am happy to merge a PR if you want to take a stab at it.
