Annotation
Paths are annotated by id using the ISO 3166-1 alpha 2 two-letter country code. In cases where no country code is available, the country name is prefixed with an underscore (e.g. _somaliland). Furthermore, if a country is comprised of multiple paths the mainland is annotated with the class mainland.
