Sure, I’ll do it. What I did notice is that the subscription was working but graphed wouldn’t rebuild the links when I would change the params.
You need to change your account from sandbox to verified. It's a process and they require a video of how you use their API.
I don't think you have to reapply. Just read their docs its pretty simple.
