Bump for merge on this please as aws sdk v2 is now going to become legacy

Hi! Any updates on this issue? We're just starting to experiment with infracost and since we're using alot of crossplane in our infra, this is a really needed feature!

+1 for this. Without the ability to consume secrets directly from vault, it makes it hard to create any sort of infra that require credentials
