I do need to repackage to perform the code signing, but that's a nice workaround if I wasn't already repackaging.
Possibly! I just tested with 10.13, and it didn't happen for me either. It did happen consistently on that Mac mini, though.
It's funny, I just upgraded this Mac mini to macOS 10.13.6 this morning. I can't replicate the issue anymore. Same version of MunkiAdmin - 1.6.1.

I see now - I reset SUS Inspector back to defaults (by deleting the folder ~/Library/Application Support/SUS Inspector/) and then manually added the [Yosemite catalog](https://github.com/hjuutilainen/sus-inspector/blob/4bce8a15173d58c9862f52f0b662dfb2d0219bd6/SUS%20Inspector/UserDefaults.plist#L43). Works great!
