TypeError: Cannot read property 'sid' of null

I think that it cant to load sid&pass from config.json. I was edit .js vars to use my sid&pass, but now get new error: error, msg - bind EADDRINUSE 0.0.0.0:9898,...

TypeError: Cannot read property 'sid' of null

Update to 12 version - no way :(
