I feel this PR is not a good solution now, I think this may break monorepo. I'm going to convert it to draft.
I thought I found a better solution, but it didn't work. I've [opened an issue in ESLint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint/issues/15079), if it get fixed, maybe we can pass plugins that `xo` installed, so...
In that case this can be fixed by load plugins ourselves. I don't have time to work on this. It will be great if someone want give this a shot....
Just check the snapshots are expected.
Can you report this to [`safe-regex`](https://github.com/davisjam/safe-regex)? This rule uses it under the hood.
@Richienb I didn't see you comment above before I send #589, can you explain what case won't work with the `resolvePluginsRelativeTo` option?
Did you mean install `xo` in a parent dir and install another plugin in a child dir, and run from child dir?
