Editor Improvements
Some editor improvement ideas from @SirGiraffey on discord:
A few things to came to my mind when I was playing with it:
- It would be great if there was a premade layer for background (maybe also foreground) tiles, which immediately has collisions turned off
- It would be intuitive if the user could swap the order of layers by dragging&dropping them
- I feel like things like items and critters (sea urchin made me think about it) should teleport to the new location whenever you grab and move their box somewhere
- And lastly I think, I'd find it intuitive if the tilemap wasn't tied to the layer, so for example I'd expect to draw metal platforms on the main layer and switch to the tilemap with wooden platforms, both on the same layer, as they serve the same function.
After reloading the level in editor all the tiles that had collisions set to empty (background walls) turn solid. Strangely enough, the 'Collisions' tool from the left sidebar doesn't mark them as solid with the usual white squares
I've just remembered that @Sarahboev on discord made another tileset along with coral decorations and she also revamped the old algaes and pots. I'll pin these here so they don't get lost on discord

Cool! I posted it in a discussion here so it's grouped with other similar asset contributions we don't want to lose: https://github.com/fishfolk/jumpy/discussions/687#discussioncomment-5248038.
I'll go ahead and add the tileset and update the decoration sprites if I get the chance tonight.
When a platform is set at head-height level the player will be in constant state of floating making it impossible to jump until you move sideways out of the platforms hitbox
