The setup is hard to understand. What are you crafting, are those item p2ps placed against molecular assemblers? How are they linked?

Just saw this. Arcane crafting terminal is from thaumic energistics. Still need versions of both mods, if this hasn't been fixed yet
The reason we haven't merged the two is because of NEE.
To be honest I didn't read it through too clearly but now that I read it clearly I think what you really want is a pattern + interface terminal combo
