[bug] not able to receive mail

Hello again @tinsfox, After deployment, I am not able to receive the mail. And I guess it is due to [this](https://github.com/TinsFox/smail/blob/041944bc50d65e6c4a657820d6994ca955bf5f25/packages/database/db.ts#L6-L7) as there is no `process` in workers. Thanks.

[Request] Add functionality to receive emails and show in the web

Cloudflare can also receive emails to domain. Please add this too. It would be full email client like. Thanks.
