[FR]: Add a manual generate google-services.xml method

Description

Everytime I integrate the firebase SDK in a new project, the google-services.xml just can't generate automatically, that will cost a lot time to dig why, what happened. I tried .json file reimport, install iOS and all platform support, some time these just dont work. Please add a generate button or something like this to genrate this .xml file manully, and give more error log or information for developers, Thansk.
