Source install instructions outdated

Current latest stable release (v.1.0.0) is too outdated and has bugs which are fixed in the master branch. I'm attempting to install from source, but the [instructions](https://github.com/tensorflow/graphics/blob/master/tensorflow_graphics/g3doc/install.md) are possibly outdated....

Please make printed details about executed operations such as time elapsed to filter/reconstruct/etc input subject to a verbosity parameter such that it can be switched off
