Since the dockerfile part of this is complete I'm going to rename this issue.

Not sure if this is the issue causing the fail status on SmartAPI but I noticed that on the [arax api swagger page](https://arax.ncats.io/api/arax/v1.2/ui/#/query/query) if you click "Try It Out" next...

One potential problem that I see is that some of the responses could get pretty large so the dev info json could get very hard to read is a few...

Hmmm I wonder if when generate the curie_to_pmid database we can order the pmids by citation. Is that information in the pubmed dump that we download to generate that database?...
