I had the same problem... I guess that we will need to create our own executors to cover that case.
Tried with Docker Compose version v2.3.3 and didn't work. Upgraded to v2.11.2 and it worked

That's good to know, I liked the idea of having official plugins with basic functionality, I'm sure it will help to get more people used to Pico and be able...
