I don't disagree with this. It would, however, be much nicer if pf(4) did it natively if it was such an important feature.
A banner would help maybe, Buzzer can really only complain about root size depletion. If users overflow e.g. /var/log mounted somewhere else it’s going to be an endless game of...
I actually remember something.. the live system banner is gone since the old dashboard was removed. We need some type of banner back anyway...

No. DNS is started before IPsec. I'm not sure what your issue is.
