v2.1版本直接粘贴图片出现重命名错误

 如图，上传原文件命名正常   直接复制粘贴完以后，重命名出现大量重复  角色组里设定的是uniqid，据本人测试，哪怕是设置为{filename}，也会在粘贴时出现同样的问题，目前该问题可以稳定复现
