Also just tested this in 4.0 rc3, and it doesn't work either. That said, I'm just not 100% sure how/if it's _supposed_ to work. I found a setting _Auto Reload...
Took some time to test this on a Windows 10 machine - same behaviour. Makes me wonder even more if this is even _supposed_ to work.
