Fix Issue #188 by restoring the mount options when recovering state. They are already provided to us when we call the Docker volume list API call.

I am attempting to create a CIFS volume on a Linux host and I want the user ID mapped to a specific UID number (in this example, 999). This works...

Fixes compiler warnings at least up through gcc version 6.2 and kernel version 3.18.44.
