If I understand correctly, when you instantiate a wasm module with an API import, (assuming not additional JS glue code), most engines will 'import' a call to the actual API....
Any WebAPI; especially one that only takes/provides numeric results. (String arguments/results do require glue code in one form or another.)
That is the strength of it. With interface types, the glue code would be auto-generated and (depending on the specifics of the situation) in pure wasm. However, for WebAPIs, this...
Should be no surprise that I agree wholeheartedly. BTW, it is not obvious to me that SIMD's scope is so straightforward!
Who are you going to give veto power to? On Sat, Jun 22, 2019 at 1:38 PM Ben L. Titzer wrote: > I would propose the following: > > Change...
Actually the market share concept may be the right criterion: “enough engines to cover 25% of the installed base of engines” Or something like that ... Sun, Jun 23, 2019...
👍 To clarify, are you suggesting 4x4hr slots? I think that it may be easier to handle shorter time slots.
A back-of-the-envelope calculation suggests that one week of 2 hour meetings does not equal one face-to-face meeting. However, it is still better than not having one at all!
My question was actually a bit different. I can see that creating a stage 1 proposal may need a poll of the CG. But, a small change in the specification...
what do you mean by 'integrated'?
