Nice spot, thanks! Criteria headings do have identifiers (eg. [1.1](https://references.modernisation.gouv.fr/publications/rgaa-accessibilite/methode-rgaa/criteres/#crit-1-1)) — however some criteria were abandoned while some appeared. I'm afraid there's quite a few checks to do before updating...
Made [a reduced test case on CodePen](https://codepen.io/ffoodd/pen/MWmyrXL) so I can confirm with BrowserStack:  I'm unable to find out what's happening here, for now.
What do you expect exactly? RTL carousel first item is on the right and the last on the left, next button is on the left and prev on the right....
Aah yeah I see, in LTR translate follows arrows but in RTL it goes to the opposite.
