I've tried reinstalling **Envoy Gateway** and its **Gateways** using **linkerd.io/inject: ingress** instead of **enabled** as suggested [here](https://linkerd.io/2.14/tasks/using-ingress/) to mesh various Ingress Controllers, but the problem remains.
