This tries to synchronize the code-base between git-remote-hg and gitifyhg so it's easier to compare both, and run each other's test-suites. In addition, a bunch of bugs are fixed.

Fix multipart parsing

When there's a LF format, and non-ascii characters the parsing doesn't work.

When a message has LF line endings, has multiple parts, and non-ASCII characters it is interpreted as a binary file, therefore the LF endings are not converted to CRLF, and...

If I have some text like this: text/plain=gvim.desktop I would expect the string dividing the parameter should be saved. Instead I get this: text/plain = gvim.desktop

Here are some trivial commits. I believe I already sent one of these, but here it is again so it doesn't get lost.
