[ISSUE]: SLAJ250.30, SLPM67002, and SCAJ300.03 SLUS_213.16 games cannot run on MX4SIO

I have the same problem with SLUS_213.16 using OPL 1.2 beta 2201. I tried with OPL 1.2 beta 2129 and the game starts regularly. In both cases, no custom configurations...
