Rust syntax highlighting

Quickly looking at the code at how [HighlightCpp](https://github.com/j6t/kdbg/blob/ec7c0516f454d406d9adafed6096f7c4d347b85f/kdbg/sourcewnd.h#L133) is implemented I don't see how it would make a difference how gdb treats rust code. Am I missing something?
