Fix the cmake to be able to compile it using SDL2pp v17

I created a [PR](https://github.com/libSDL2pp/libSDL2pp-tutorial/pull/3) with the changes to be able to compile this examples using the latest version of sdl2pp

Cmake revamp to be able to compile using libSDL2pp 0.17.0

Due to the changes made in the CMake from the former project, the compile step of this tutorial is broken. Made a few changes to be able to compile it...
