Well, if the synchronization of files would happen continuously then when it's build time most of the files would have been synced already, thus making the whole process even faster.

It looks like this has been done on the plutosdr https://www.rtl-sdr.com/using-two-plutosdrs-for-full-duplex-packet-radio-communication/ I guess there are no plans whatsoever to implement this for the hackrf one, or it is low priority...
