FWIW I get this on other websites too.

Uninstalling R-Box doesn't remove top menu items

I was able to get rid of the menu by re-installing, and uninstalling the extension again.

"Update user" --> "Save"

@renatolond I agree this would be a good change 👍 Or you could use "Save changes".
