From my testing I can confirm, that it spends around 60s in this call: https://github.com/SerenityOS/serenity/blob/7ad0767aa0a943de73d18629adfc6a42efbc4b12/Userland/Applications/PDFViewer/PDFViewerWidget.cpp#L417 That rougly matches the 20s+30s @tcl3 got until it goes to do outlines.
