No, it’s just the _presentation_ of the `status` command which isn’t aligned for all `RemovedBasePackages`. `LayeredPackages` and `LocalPackages` are properly aligned in contrast. I don’t have a functional complain here.

I have a related issue, which might be relevant as well: I had the same problem and tried to deactivate that unavailable repo by setting `enabled=0` in the repo file....
