你好， 对于物联网的设备模型定义，常见的除元数据、属性信息外，通常还有事件及服务的定义，请问kubeedge是如何定义设备发生的事件及拥有的服务信息的，比如一台摄影机扫描到一个目标时，如何将目标定义信息（包括位置信息、目标类型等）进行上报至云端；同时如果下发一个指令给设备去执行时，如何从云端下发（通常这个指令带有参数信息，如执行抓拍指令动作）；期待回答，谢谢
