@marlenezw The changes in your [PR18](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/llama-index-python/pull/18) regarding activating a virtual environment were added to the wrong place. They should have been added to the [local environment](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/llama-index-python?tab=readme-ov-file#using-the-template-locally), not the `codespace`. 

@marlenezw Based on the latest code test, this issue can still be reproduced. CC: @jongio
