i tested it on both types of zones that you mentioned. modifying outside of tf causes the error, and directly creating with tf and not touching it afterwards also produces...
yeah, this should still be happening, but we worked around it for now. so i haven't checked it out recently.
i believe there is no core temps for any cpu? (or at least amd ones) don't see it either for my 7800x3d on msi x670e tomahawk

oh, forgot to mention that the security policy itself contains 2000 rules already. basically, running tf on an and existing security policy causes this issue.
updated ticket description to reflect that.
it succeeded a few times before, but then just started hanging after a few usages. we also are running into a quota issue in that project. i'll report back once...
