I have the same issue, also using bobby. Using Nvidium 0.3.1 in 1.21.1 in an online server. Solutions shown here didn't change anything. I tried changing transparency settings but none...
Same here, also with Nvidium and Bobby enabled. Only removing Bobby, keeping Nvidium, solves the issue. Happens to me only in multiplayer servers
