Fix not passing raw value in set ec value callback.

I tested set ec value. the set action was successful. Then when trying to retrieve the value back it trigger error due to trying to set String type with ECV....

Hi @bparzella I found duplicated function name in test file. I also run autopep8 to format the test script.

Fix error when using lcd, amend commit 11c1ca1.

Fix cd command used is not from ```cd``` variable when reverting back the working directory to original path.

This feature utilizing the buffer name as unique id. That means git project with matching root folder name will end up sharing single tab.
