make requirements.txt os-sensitive

Closes #28 #29 and makes the requirement to install `ffmpeg` before using polymath more visible. Also, the right version of tensorflow is installed automatically, depending on the target OS.

Rewrite to use nendo

This PR rewrites polymath to use the nendo core open source AI audio tool suite.
