在非全屏模式下，toolbar 是会遮挡住 video 的，虽然过个几秒后 toolbar 就会消失，但总会遮挡那么一会，能否让 toolbar 的位置可配置，贴在 video DOM 下面，而不是遮挡在 video 下面
