xml-compare tool now reports 0 findings for all tools

Fix is submitted by @mskurz, but @tstephen can't test it. In addition we'll think about dropping or improving the XML comparison.

Only round-trip as opposed to roundtrip and export tests are listed in the overview.html

@opatrascoiu would you be interested to create some test cases out of the snippets we created today? This might also be valuable for the discussion of the shortcomings of [DMN15-139](https://issues.omg.org/browse/DMN15-139).
