Can confirm this issue. Seams that's related do the Ultimaker S5. Tried several times both on Mac and Windows, clean install as well - issue with weird temperatures always occurred....
Tried several Ultimaker printers. S3 and S7 with Ultimaker material profiles and Custom profiles. Same issue occurred. Tried Auto Towers with an Anet A8 - everything worked out well... Seams...
