Try this; Go to InstaPy-master folder-->Select Scripts-->Then Right Click on 'Windows'-->Select Run As an Admin/Run With PowerShell-->Let it run-->when it's done,press enter to continue.

Make sure you have installed chrome driver and selected the right path to the instapy-master folder.The chromedriver must be put inside the assets folder.After that, go to Scripts folder->Right Click...
