while waiting for the fix on the CNI side to be merged, I am working on PR that cleanup container iptable rules using post oci Hook.

Hi @liuchangyan, What is the next step for this PR?
we can use mockgen to generate mock interface [implem](https://github.com/uber-go/mock?tab=readme-ov-file#running-mockgen) and put then in seperate package. No need to redo the mockgen work.

it seems like the file is not [closed](https://github.com/containerd/nerdctl/blob/main/pkg/logging/cri_logger_test.go#L280) correctly or cri is playing with the file, I think we can lock the file before processing the renaming operation
