right now fectl keeps old process during restart even if it is not responding. fectl should kill it. for example if process uses a lot of memory new process might...

`http::Uri` is fine for transport layer, but it is pretty crappy as public api
I'd like to split actix into two packages 1. actix-core - which should depend only on futures 2. actix - kind of runtime based on tokio
i think `pause_reading` should be no-op during closing or for closed transport. for aiohttp case parsing incoming data is separated from transport and it is not possible to control closing...
I don’t think this project makes sense. I think we should archive it. @konstin @althonos
problem described here aio-libs/aiohttp#1883 uvloop works fine
