[Feature Request] Ability to create multiple plotting windows

Thanks for contributing to PlotJuggler. You are great! Really!

Problem description

Maybe I'm dumb and can't figure this out but it would be nice to be able to create second or third windows with the same multitab plotting abilities. I imagine the use user experience would be something like right clicking a tab and selecting "pop-out to new window", or a popout button on the tab toolbar to pop out the entire tab group (as duplicate plots) in a new window. The new window should also have the timeseries list on the side so that more plots can be created with drag-drop like usual. Moving tabs to/from windows with drag-drop would be amazing too.

I'd imagine all windows should share the same time slider state. Child windows probably don't need the File/Streaming/Publishers items or Toolbar, but if the application state doesn't get wonky maybe it'd be fine to leave them all there in child windows for simpler implementation.

Steps to reproduce (important)

• Making sick plots with plot juggler
• Have a gazillion tabs and think to organize them
• Can't create new window from tabs
