Auto-Reconnect to remote host doesnt work

Hi,

when using PlotJuggler in streaming mode with a remote host, it doesnt reconnect to the topics when I restart the topic-providing node. On a local setup, this works without a problem.

This can be reproduced with the datasamples from the repo.

The setup is: PC 1: roscore rosbag player PC 2: plotjuggler

Would be great if this can be fixed!
