[Feature Request] Plot zoom linking across tabs as an option similar to plot zoom linking across the grid.

It would be very useful to have an option that can be turned on/off to link plot zoom across tabs in PlotJuggler. This is similar to the plot zoom link option across the plot grid in a tab.
