Fixed Italian STATES

- Removed "Metropolitan cities" and "Provinces" from Italian States list - Now Italian States correctly contains the 20 Italian States with correct denominations, as stated [here](https://www.tuttitalia.it/regioni/)

Italian states are completely wrong.
