adding marching cubes and 3d viz to space_carving

I have added a marching cubes done with [PyCubes](https://github.com/pmneila/PyMCubes) and 3d visualisation with [Open3D](http://www.open3d.org/docs/0.8.0/index.html). So it is a more complete demo ;)
