Changed the selection of the LUTs and configuration parameters based on the e-Paper size. Only black and white working for now, no grayscale support (set _gs=0).

Upgraded Neo4j driver and added support for Neo4j v5

The Neo4j driver has been updated to v4 and the migration queries have been updated to add compatibility with Neo4j version 5.x that changed cypher syntax

Updated the gradle version in the build.gradle file. Added a workaroud to the MigratePending task to also include the script referred by v1.
