I've re-created the error and it doesn't look like its related to the bindings. I'll post an issue to Gopherjs and see if its related to their codebase.
Just left an issue on the Gopherjs project, I'll keep an eye on it and if anything comes up related to the Chrome Bindings, I'll be sure to fix it....
@esaulpaugh any idea if Web3.j's own implementation supports ABIV2?
