I have found REPL R to be somewhat unreliable in general, it's too bad because I really like the integration.
It's crazy how forks there are, what kind of changes have people been making? I would be willing to help with the REPL R, but I am not even sure...
@Joel I think first we should start closing all open issues.
That we should resolve them, otherwise why would we log new issues if we can't solve the open ones?

The server is CentOS and I have no sudo access. The local machine is Windows. I usually work on the server using putty and vim.
